Wed: Way too tired to work out. I had every intention to but had to go the Chiropractor, then planned on going to BDPT, but missed it due to traffic. So then I had planned on going to kickbox. 10 week Challenge: Day 27
As long as I stay under 80g of carbs per day, I’m going to be happy. Decided to run with Ozzy yesterday ( I forgot how awful she is to take on a run…she either wants to take off at full speed and ruin the mechanical leash or she barely wants to trot. I’m really confused on why my fat content his so high? 30% seems like a lot and I’m eating fairly clean (minus chips….I know I know).

10 week challenge: Day 22
Absolutley…no appetite. What is wrong with me?
The perk of it is, at least I’m just drinking protein shakes and my protein ration is high but I’m starting to get concerned.
But I’m not weak or anything. Went to kickbox and wasn’t any more exhausted than normal….although I did jam my toe and it hurts like a mother.
Leg Day today. Can’t wait!!!

10 week challenge: Day 21 - Body Design Fitness...
So as you can see….I have absolutely no appetite. I ate lunch…then 5 hours later I had 2 cookies at our HOA meeting. And was totally fine. Not sure what’s going on, but I don’t like it. I feel faint (obviously because I’m not eating) but its all I can do to swallow something. Weird.
That being said, I haven’t worked out since Monday due being sick on Tuesday...

3 days in a row of a higher protein ratio vs carbs….I’m noticing how much my body looooooves carbs. 10 week Challenge: Day 13 3/6/12
Well…I didn’t get to kickbox like I wanted to. I got to sit in 3 hours of traffic instead. I figured I could either go to kickbox at 7:30 or I could go to the grocery store so I’m not tempted to visit the Vending Machine.

SO far behind! Tsk Tsk Tsk…
According to Lose It, I am 1800+ calories down for the week. Here in lies the problem with these measurement tools. I’m sure I lost muscle this week…not fat. No more excuses.
