10 Week Challenge: Day 55. Damn you Panera
We had Panera Bread come out to our offices to schmooze us into using them for ordering lunches for meeting and conferences…and they gave us a sample.  The sandwiches are cut up into small quarters and not big at all. But they gave us a cookie aka calorie death trap. That damn thing was as much as the sandwich! Eff my life.

I finished my Isopure Cookies & Creme yesterday, thank ya Jesus. I will literally vomit if I ever have to smell it again. Bleh. On to Peach and Mango, finger’s crossed it’s gotta taste better. 10 week challenge: Days 44 - 47 | 6.4 lbs and 4%...
Got my Fitness Profile done on Friday at BDPT! Proud to say it’s my most favorite one!!!  In the past month I’ve: Lost 3 lbs of overall body weight Gained 2lb of muscle Lost 6lb of fat! Lowered my Body Fat % by 4%! Lost 2 inches off my waist Lost 2.5 inches off my hips! Strength and flexibility stayed the same Suck it Fat.

Met up with friends for Tapas at the last minute at this tasty restaurant across the street from our house (literally….my friends could see into our condo lol). 10 week challenge: Day 41....I lost 5lbs!!!!
I lost 5 lbs since starting this damn thing on Feb 22!!! I’m not hitting my 1 1/2 lb weekly goal weight, but that’s ok. I have a feeling I’ve finally hit that point where its going to start really coming off. So Thursday afternoon, this girl got backhanded with some sort of cold. And as you can see by my food log….I went into severe diet sabotage. I hardly ate, and if I did eat…it was crap.
