10 week challenge: Days 64-67
Boy you can tell the drop off in calories/discipline I had the past 2 weeks. Time to get it back in gear. Its amazing how the minute you start eating like crap, your body craves more crap. But I maintained my weight, as of yesterday, I am still 140.6. At least the number didn’t skyrocket up, I probably would have screamed on the spot.
